By using this website, you agree to these terms. FreshBox360 LLC provides vending machine placement and management services across Utah and surrounding areas.

Services.

Machine placement, stocking, and maintenance are provided at no upfront cost to qualified locations, subject to a site evaluation and mutual agreement.

Equipment Ownership.

All vending machines and related equipment placed by FreshBox360 LLC remain the sole and exclusive property of FreshBox360 LLC at all times. A machine is placed on a property free of charge under a signed placement agreement; the property receives the benefit of use but acquires no ownership, leasehold, or other interest in the machine. FreshBox360 LLC retains all revenue from product sales and is responsible for all servicing. The machine may not be sold, transferred, relocated, modified, retained, or withheld by the property or any third party. FreshBox360 LLC may remove the machine at any time, and the property agrees to provide reasonable access for restocking, maintenance, and removal.

Limitations.

We reserve the right to decline or remove a placement. Availability of products and models may vary. Information on this site is general and may change without notice.
